🍴 5-MINUTE SNACK RECIPES

1️⃣ Peanut Butter Banana Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice bread (whole wheat preferred)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • ½ banana, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Spread peanut butter on top.

  3. Place banana slices over it.
    ✅ Ready to eat!


2️⃣ Yogurt & Fruit Parfait

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup yogurt

  • ¼ cup granola

  • ¼ cup berries or chopped fruits

Instructions:

  1. Take a cup or bowl.

  2. Layer yogurt, fruits, and granola.

  3. Repeat once and enjoy a healthy snack.


3️⃣ Cheese & Crackers

Ingredients:

  • Crackers (any type)

  • Slices of cheese

  • Optional: cherry tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Place cheese on crackers.

  2. Add cherry tomato halves for flavor.
    ✅ Simple, tasty, and filling.


4️⃣ Nutty Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • ¼ cup oats

  • 1–2 tsp honey

  • Optional: chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Roll into small balls.

  3. Chill or eat immediately.


5️⃣ Veggie Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 tortilla or flatbread

  • Sliced cucumber, tomato, carrot, lettuce

  • 1 tsp hummus or cream cheese

Instructions:

  1. Spread hummus/cream cheese on tortilla.

  2. Add sliced vegetables.

  3. Roll and cut in half.


6️⃣ Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice bread

  • ½ avocado

  • Salt, pepper, optional lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Mash avocado and season it.

  2. Spread on toast.
    ✅ Optional: add cherry tomato slices or boiled egg.


7️⃣ Quick Microwave Mug Cake (Sweet Snack)

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp flour

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tbsp oil or butter

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mug.

  2. Microwave for 60–90 seconds.

  3. Enjoy warm!
